What this site actually does with your information.

This describes what this website actually does with information — what it collects, why, and what it doesn't do. It is not a substitute for advice from counsel, and we intend to have it reviewed by one, along with confirmation of exactly which jurisdictions' data protection laws apply to this firm.

Who we are

Clairvoyis Advisory LLP ("Clairvoyis," "we," "us") operates from Bengaluru, India, with an operational office in Dubai. This policy describes how we handle information collected through clairvoyis.com.

What we collect

Two sources, both direct — nothing is collected without an action on your part:

  • Forms you submit. The contact form collects your name, email, a short description of your situation, and which category best describes you. The subscribe form collects only an email address. Career applications collect what you choose to submit. We use this solely to reply to you. Submissions are processed directly by our own server, not routed through a third-party form service.
  • Basic, session-based analytics. Each page records the page path, the referring page, and your browser's time zone, tagged with a random identifier generated in your browser and held only for that browsing session (not a persistent cookie, and not tied to your name or email unless you've also submitted a form). This tells us which pages get read and roughly where visitors are timezone-wise — nothing more granular.
  • Standard server logs. Our hosting infrastructure may log IP address, browser type, and pages visited, as most web infrastructure does by default for security and operational purposes — we don't separately collect or store this in the application itself.

We don't run advertising pixels, we don't sell or share data with data brokers, and we don't use tracking cookies.

Legal basis for processing

Where you submit a form, we process what you send us on the basis of your consent and to take steps toward a service relationship at your request. Basic analytics is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding which pages are read, weighed against the minimal, non-identifying nature of what's collected.

How we use what you send us

Form submissions go to the team to respond to your enquiry, application, or subscription request. We don't use your details for anything beyond what you contacted us for, and we don't share them with third parties except where needed to deliver the service you asked for (for example, email delivery infrastructure).

Retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to handle your matter and meet our professional obligations. We don't currently run an automatic deletion schedule for older inquiries; if you'd like your data removed sooner, write to us and we will.

International transfers

We operate across India, the UAE, the USA, and Saudi Arabia. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be processed on servers located in India. Page assets (fonts, styles) are served entirely from our own domain — we don't load them from a third-party CDN, so visiting this site doesn't itself send your browser data to companies like Google.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data; to object to or restrict how we use it; and to withdraw consent at any time. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, this includes the right to access information about how your data is processed, to correction and erasure, and to grievance redressal. If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these, write to care@clairvoyis.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Grievance officer

For data-protection concerns or complaints, contact care@clairvoyis.com. All requests are reviewed by our compliance lead and acknowledged within one business day, in line with the grievance redressal requirements under India's DPDP Act.
